👋 Good morning/afternoon/evening! I am “Coach Mark” (I used to coach high school golf ⛳️🏌️‍♂️)

👨‍🏫 I am a passionate engineering leader with over 20 years of experience building and delivering customer-focused solutions across several industries, from SaaS and fintech to events and legal services.

👨‍🔧 I consider myself a transformative leader and tech generalist with a builder’s mindset — fluent in architecture, back end, front end, quality, platform, and now, diving headfirst into the world of AI Engineering.

💪 My superpower? Helping teams unlock clarity in complexity — whether it’s in code, strategy, or career growth.

🤖 Why AI Engineering? I have always been drawn to tech that creates leverage, relishing those moments when a small piece of code has an outsized, meaningful impact (I have stories 😉). AI Engineering represents the next great leap in that evolution.

From building traditional software systems to now architecting retrieval pipelines and evaluating multi-agent workflows, I see AI as a way to amplify both human and technical potential. My experience has been that between me and my AI, we can accomplish anything! And I have found that we both contribute and assist each other significantly.

This is not just hype, it is a new craft we need to learn deeply and responsibly.
