All enrollees must complete The AI Engineer Challenge satisfactorily before they are accepted into any given cohort, and thus given the 🟢 light to enroll.

Acceptance must occur within the required time frames. Applying alone does not suffice*,* nor does submitting a broken application or a low-effort response to the challenge question about Colonel Rowan.

New Students

For new students, here are the discount opportunities we currently have available:

  1. 🐦 Early Bird Discount: Starting immediately after the launch of any cohort until within 45 days of the next cohort launch, you can receive 25% off or $2999.25. The 2026 dates for each cohort are:
    1. January 13 - February 21: Discounts for Cohort 10
    2. April 7 - May 16: Discounts for Cohort 11
    3. June 30 - August 15: Discounts for Cohort 12
  2. 🎖️Certified Referral Discount: If you get a referral from a certified graduate of the program, you are eligible to receive 25% off or $2999.25 at any time.
    1. *If you enroll within the 🐦 Early Bird window and have a certified referral, then you are eligible to receive 40% off or $2399.25

Existing Students

The industry moves quickly. This will continue well into the future for AI Engineers. For this reason, we have many students who return from year to year. For existing/former students, here are the discount opportunities we currently have available:

  1. 🔄 Recertification: For those interested in re-certifying, we hold up to 5 seats per cohort at a special price of 80% off or $799.80. As a nod to the Pareto Principle, the folks who get this discount are typically in the top 20% relative to their peers.
  2. 🎟️ Non-Certified Enrollment: For those who are looking for another shot at certification, or who get a lot out of engaging with our latest content, we hold up to 5 available seats per cohort at the special price of 50% off or $1999.50.

** Existing/former student discounts do not need to complete The AI Engineer Challenge before enrolling. However, since it is updated regularly, we encourage them to do so before the next cohort begins!

International Students

We understand that 7-9 PM ET is a difficult time for many international students - especially those from Europe, the Middle East, and Asia - to attend our course live (though it can be done!).

For this reason, we recently implemented an international-only, asynchronous, journey group supported by a fellow international traveler who has been certified as an AI Engineer by AI Makerspace. In Cohort 9, this person was 4X Kaggle Grandmaster Mani Sarkar. In addition to a dedicated peer supporter, weekly office hours are held by 5-10 peer supporters and instructors; we aim to have at least 1/4 of these office hours fall in EMEA-friendly time zones.

  1. 🌍 🌏 International, Asynchronous: For those interested in taking the course asynchronously (e.g., not attending class live), you are eligible to receive $1000 off .
    1. *For New Students, this can be directly combined with any other discount or with no discount at all.
    2. *For Existing Students, this can only be combined with 🎟️ Non-Certified Enrollment
